My Story
A home is so much more than four walls, it is a safe place for families to live, laugh and grow. A lot of my friends had to move to other countries and start a new life there. I heard stories of how it is difficult to leave everything behind, and heard stories of difficulties hey faced adjusting to new places. Reading stories of Rohinga women who fled to Bangladesh, with just their clothes on, makes me cry. I wonder how it is to live in makeshift shelters, with no privacy, limited sanitation, and limited opportunities. Women's centers are safe spaces for these women. I want to support this project by donating my lunch from today.
