Married since 2011 with no children, he's a OKU and been jobless for the past 12 to 13 years. In 2012, he was a victim of snatched theft (Ragut) that caused him into an accident with severe injuries on the head and left eye. He was admitted for 2 days at Pusat Perubatan University Malaya 'PPUM', an MRI Scanned was done and seeked further medical attention at Hospital University Kuala Lumpur 'HUKL'.

Discharged with the following: -

• - stitches on the left side of the head
• - left eye swollen with blood clots
• - scars on major part of his body especially hand and leg

He’s still following up with treatment and on medication, as the result of the accident he’s suffering from: -

stress and depression

anxiety disorder (type of mental health)

• unable to hold a job due to straining on the eyes and far sighted, unable to read or focus on laptop / computers due to brightness
• high blood pressure
• diabetic
•  high cholesterol

Currently he’s facing financially difficulties he’s unable to secure a job and this has cost strained in his relationship with family members especially with his wife as the wife is the sole breadwinner for the family.

His application with SOCSO was unsuccessful due to some documentation error.
