Although the standard of living is steadily improving, Cambodians continue to suffer from widespread poverty across the country. Many of the preventable illnesses suffered by children are symptoms of this deep-rooted poverty: everything from lack of decent shelter, clean water and nutritious food make it difficult for children to thrive. A team of Vitol staff are taking part in the Get Active Weekend Angkor Half Marathon 2nd December to raise money for Angkor Hospital for Children.
