Youyi is raising $$$ for Child's Dream is fundraising for Child's Dream Foundation

Youyi is making a difference by raising money for Child's Dream and the organization's CMF program. Please support by donating.

My Story

I am raising funds to support a special program at Child’s Dream (www.childsdream.org), the Children’s Medical Fund, in honor of Sean’s upcoming race at the Hawaii Ironman World Championships.

The CMF program provides life-saving operations for infants and children (year 0-12) in Myanmar and Laos.   During previous fund raising campaigns for Child’s Dream, the focus has been on schools and education, but the founders have asked for a specific focus on this underfunded program.   By providing these operations, children are given a chance to beat life-threatening ailments, which also helps break a cycle of poverty in less-developed parts of Laos and Myanmar.

The average cost per operation is ~US$4k, so I am targeting US$20k for to help five children.
