Faa Mohd is fundraising for Kelab Belia Karisma

Hi I'm Faa and I will be fundraising for the children in Sabah by baking some yummy desserts, that you won't be able to say no to! ;) Being able to help those in need while also fulfilling your sweet tooth cravings, you got nothing to lose! So please support me, tq <3

My Story

For my first ever fundraising project, I will be collaborating with Charisma Movement which is a non-profit organization that aims to give a helping hand to those in need. Previously, they have conducted various exciting projects and I am honored and supeeer excitedd to be participating in their annual flagship project called “Project Anak Malaysia” as a fundraiser this time around. This particular project aims to provide education equity among students who are based in Sabah. Hence, all proceeds will be channeled to the students of SK Teringai, SK Tumunda and SK Samparita. It will be used to purchase basic necessities for 60 families from the schools mentioned.

Education is for all, regardless of one's background and race. In this particular case, poverty should not be the reason for the children in Sabah to not have a chance for a bright future. They should be receiving an education that will empower them for the future and equip them to break the cycle of poverty that has been thrust upon them.

Being able to pursue my postgraduate studies still feels so surreal to me and I am eternally blessed for it, but then looking at these children who cannot even afford to receive their primary education just breaks my heart. So this fundraising project is solely dedicated for them <3
