HiGi Energy is an ASEAN social inclusive business which we convert agricultural wastes into smokeless eco-charcoals.  

We sell it to health-conscious premium urban market for Barbecue via membership model, and we sell affordable eco-charcoal to the rural communities via subscription model.  

This creates economy flow among urban and rural markets which in turn reducing economic inequalities between the rich and the poor, simply by connecting them with our value propositions.  

Eco-charcoal is just our first step to disrupt the traditional firewood/charcoal usage, with our business model, we could make solar panels affordable too for rural communities.  

Our competitive advantage is our decentralized management system which trains rural entrepreneurs to license our operation and technology, creating local ownership economy, which motivates scalability, enabling HiGi to engage the premium urban markets for higher revenue margin.  

HiGi Energy is awarded second best startup in GIST competition during GES 2016 in Silicon Valley.
