My Story
Sunday night (7/14) became a dark day for thousands of families in North Maluku. Suddenly a massive earthquake shook South Halmahera and its surroundings.
Thousands of affected families were also forced to flee.
Based on the latest info, this earthquake also claimed the life of a citizen.
In response to this disaster, the team from Rumah Zakat immediately moved quickly to provide an emergency response for the victims.
At present the team is distributing emergency assistance while carrying out deeper assessments for assistance that is greatly needed by the victims.
