My Story
I saw and felt that many residents in the District Empat Petulai Dangku, South Sumatra had received less attention from the government as poor people did not have decent permanent homes / houses and they did not have a regular source of income in the watershed area is very dependent on the tidal river Lematang. The community generally does not have their own fields, only during the dry season can they become laborers in vegetable / rice fields, when seasonal flooding is almost without income while traditional fishing is not enough. Besides that the future of education for their high achieving children is not guaranteed to be completed up to the University.
