My Story
This year, Prudential is supporting the longer-term recovery efforts of two villages in Lombok impacted by the terrible earthquake which took place in August last year. This upcoming programme is also part of our support announced last year to the longer-term recovery efforts in Lombok. The Foundation, together with Prudential Indonesia and Group Head Office, is providing financial support for the building of 102 temporary houses, two kindergartens, two prayer rooms and a basketball court. We are working with Posko Jenggala, a local NGO in Indonesia, in providing aid to the affected region.
I am deeply honored to be 1 of only 2 riders representing Prudential Singapore along with 23 other colleagues rigourously selected from around Asia for the PruRideLondon Surrey 100 challenge. On Sunday 4th August, the Pru Peloton will cycle 100 miles (160km) through London into the Surrey countryside, before finishing at The Mall outside Buckingham Palace. We hope to raise as much funds as possible to support the cause of rebuilding Lombok. Please understand that every single dollar matters and we look forward to your kind support!
