Mindanao, Philippines(South) has been in an ongoing conflict for decades. A war broke out last year causing devastating destruction in the area, specifically in Marawi.  Families flee their homes, there's shortage of basic needs and more than 300,000 people were displaced.

I am committed to be part of the solution in rebuilding communities and breaking the cycle of war. There's power in being at peace with yourself(my mantra lately) and everyone around you. 

Teach Peace Build Peace Movement is working towards that! 

Teach Peace Build Peace Movement (TPBPM) is an independent, non-partisan and non-profit organization that aims to make every Filipino child and youth a peace builder. TPBPM spearheads a strategic initiative running Peace Education programs for children in conflict and non-conflict zones using a holistic approach.

For my birthday this year, I am traveling to Mindanao, Philippines for two weeks together with TPBP Movement's team to participate in their Peace Mission this Spring.  

Help me raise money to fund operational and logistical costs of their programs! 

Through building a Culture of Peace and Inclusivity, we can create new possibilities in the lives of these kids. Let's make this happen!
