My Story
Little Fighter (Ryxian Blake Gatan)
I am sharing their story, our story. We are looking for. We are continuously praying and hoping.
Ryxian Blake Macapallag Gatan is a four-month-old baby boy of both of my close friends in college Romar and Ivy Gatan.
Last month we have been informed that he was rushed to the hospital because of a simple cough and fever. A few weeks later, we were shocked to know the news that he was transferred to another hospital (private hospital) and been in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and diagnosed of Pneumonia and Sepsis (Blood Infection) and Acute Kidney Failure. Due to his conditions, in this very young age, he has to undergo dialysis. At this very young age, he has to endure this pain.
Current status of the baby is still in critical condition, he's not awake for a week now. only the machine giving him the oxygen for him to survive.
Their current hospital bill has escalated to 300,000 pesos ($5,000) and it would be a great help for them if we could share some of our financial assistance for their baby's hospital bills and hospital needs.
As a friend, we are more than heartbroken this very moment for them. They are like family to us.
