Yayasan Kanker Anak Indonesia (YKAI) is an foundation, independent, international and non-profit organization that cares and focuses on helping children with cancer from underprivileged families in Indonesia. This foundation founded by Sallyana Sorongan, a housewife who moved to help children with cancer since 2004. She helping anyone in need and developing into the Yayasan Sentuhan Kasih Anak Indonesia (YSKAI) in 2010. In 2018, the YSKAI name and logo change to YKAI, but still carry the same vision and mission.

Program "Senyum Anak Sehat Indonesia" (Healthy Indonesian Children's Smile) is the main program that is realized through the free transportation program, the provision of medicines and assistance for parents of patients.
