Project Inclusion is a nonprofit organization that works towards realizing the potential of Persons with Disability to actively participate and productively contribute to society. We primarily do this through an access to work model which improves access to skills development, and employment opportunities for Persons with Disability, and strengthens communities for Persons with Disability in workplaces.
Since 2013, Project Inclusion has improved access to work opportunities for 2,000 Persons with Disability through its programs - facilitating career readiness assistance, skills training, and employment advocacy for Persons with Disability, and worked with 40 partner employers from different industries.
We also support the development, capacity-building, and program implementation of resource groups and communities that champion disability inclusion in the workplace within an organization.
