Ma’am Edna Panganiban Mingi, our secondary school maths teacher at Leuteboro National high school suffered cardiac arrest last 09 January 2019 in Thailand where she is currently working as a teacher.
Ma’am Eds underwent Cardiac Catheterization and will require another cardiac procedure on 18 February. The procedure will require another 400,000 Thai Baht or around 12600 USD and she is financially drained due to the bills of the hospital procedures.
