Foundation Of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd (FRCS) set up the FRCS Family Service Centre (FRCS FSC) which serves vulnerable individuals and families in Clementi and West Coast. FRCS Learning Centre equips seniors and social service organizations to thrive. FRCS House offers space for Rotarians to brainstorm and initiate more community outreach projects. To be launched in 2021, Rotary Eldercare & Caregivers Centre will bring much needed services to residents in Bukit Gombak. FRCS' members has many community service projects such as providing meals to the needy, granting wishes to terminally ill in low-income households identified by medical social workers, inter-generational projects involving youths and needy elderly, presentation of trophies to outstanding ITE students, scholarships, etc.
