In recognition of World Food Day, we are delighted to be partnering with The Lost Food Project once again for another fundraiser. This time round, Michael will be engaged for a four-week program that consists of Guided Meditation, Qigong Yoga, Yoga Nidra and a special curated Meditation workshop. We welcome new and returning participants to join us as we pause, refocus, assess and recharge ourselves. All sessions are suitable for beginners.

Michael Teh is a self-realised being and a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) on a mission to awaken individuals to a life of higher potential. For more info about Michael, please visit www.iammichaelteh.com or FB/IG @iammichaelteh.

About #GOODFOODGOODMOOD Campaign
It's time for #GoodFoodGoodMood 🧠💙🥗 a month of spreading awareness about our body's #nutrition needs & its connection to our mental health. We know it hasn't been easy staying afloat over the last year 🤕😪 it's easy to neglect our own needs (or face sudden difficulties) which has resulted in only 6% of Malaysians receiving their min. 400g of fruits & veg per day 😩

Our line-up of nutritionists, chefs, fitness & wellness advocates will have something for everyone, especially those keen to improve their diet in little ways (step by step always!) #RainBowlChallenge 🌈

About the Lost Food Project
The Lost Food Project rescues ‘lost’ (or surplus) food like fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, canned goods & other essential items from going to landfill, and redistributes these meals to over 65 charities and soup kitchens as well as numerous B40 communities who live below the poverty line.

Every ringgit will go a long way to keep TLFP's  wheels turning, fuel more trucks, power more warehouses and grow our network of food heroes so we can rescue more food from going to landfills and feed more food insecure NGOs, B40 families as well as those who now find themselves facing hunger as a result of lost hours, wages, or jobs nationwide.

Thank you to all donors, and TLFP to continue to render the service, and nutritious meal to those who need it the most at this time. Together we can render Loving Kindness to the community and may this light of merits be rendered to those whom are struggling with life. May we all be peaceful, joy and healthy.
