Iona Bergius is participating in #RunWithFriends 2020(ish)
and is fundraising for Friends-International

I'm running much further than frankly I'd like to raise funds for Friends-International's work to save lives and build futures for children, youth and families across Southeast Asia.

My Story

I'm raising funds for Friends-International, the NGO I moved to Cambodia for one year ago. Friends provide holistic services for street children and other vulnerable children, youth and families to get them out of danger and back into school or training and safe employment. COVID-19 is pushing more families into poverty, causing a rise in parents turning to sex work and other dangerous occupations, as they have no other option to support their families. Your donation will help us get them out of risky situations and back into school or safe employment. Thank you!
