My Story

Dear Friends                                                                                                                                                                  

I will be embarking on an exciting journey in the Himalayas, in support of a good cause. Mind Over Mountain is a 4 day trekking challenge in the Himalayas, where the delegation will trek over 75km, reaching an altitude of 2,800m to help remove the stigma around mental health. This challenge will address the role we play in the everyday world to help transform the lives of people affected by it and whilst raising funds and awareness for Mind Hong Kong. Mind Hong Kong is an charitable initiative formed out of Patient Care Foundation, who is committed to improving awareness and understanding of mental health in HK.
