I invested my savings with a Company three years ago, the contract is closed now but the Company refuses to return my capital. Moreover, the Company defaulted in payouts of a year's worth. I hesitated crowdfunding because my situation might seem least compelling, considering some of the obvious cases of struggle and hardships on this platform. However, I am being lied to by the Company, i.e., one that audaciously threatens not to pay anyone who takes legal action, calling such a person as undeserving of getting his/her money back, and transparent communication means little. I have no other option than to seek legal assistance. Please support me, I know it may seem imprudent to some to have made such a move in life, i.e., investments come with risk but this is where I am at now. I am not able to attach documents or statements which are confidential but I could show you if you reach out to me. I feel caught between the rock and a hard place in the sense that if I do not engage a law firm, I will not see my money again. If I do, there is the matter of affordability. End of the day, it is also about others who have put in their life savings.
