Brain Tumor Society Founder's Day is fundraising for Brain Tumour Society (Singapore) Limited
I'm making a difference by raising money for a cause close to my heart, every dollar to brain cancer research counts to making brain cancer a thing of the past; raising to fund for not only research but to also provide support to our warriors still fighting this brave battle and their families. My Story
My name is Goh Ee Jin, a Biomedicine student from Melbourne University and in collaboration with Brain Tumor Society Singapore (BTSS). My decision to start a fundraising page for brain cancer research did not come about from losing loved ones around me, but the realization that one's life can be taken away in less than a moment. My volunteer experiences and biomedical learning inspired me to start Head For Hope; an initiative that aims to bring brain cancer into the spotlight and spread awareness on how you can get involved to help. With extra funding, we aim to aid all patients the support they need and all funds raised will be donated to Brain Tumor Society Singapore in supporting brain cancer research.
