Everyone has a right to education as declared in Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The right to education is very important to me since based on personal experience I myself cannot pursue my studies in College without the help of my Uncle who has helped me with all my expenses during my college years. I am making this fundraising activity to give back and to give hope to the Manobo communities in Bukidnon the right to education. The Manobo communities in Bukidnon are one of the indigenous groups who have been left behind in this right because they are the ones who have the least access when it comes to government services, especially education. We can start to give hope in this dream by providing assistance to Reah, an 18 year old, who comes from the Manobo tribe in Bukidnon and the first one in her tribe to finish Senior High School. For Reah, she really wants to pursue her studies to help her community. Give back and give hope to provide an education to Reah and change lives for their better future.
