With the construction industry and world experiencing widespread levels of anxiety, and isolation, while finding ways to adjust to a ‘new normal’, taking care of our wellbeing and mental health is more important now than ever.
In support of World Mental Health day on Saturday 10 October 2020, ISG will be taking part in a five-day global challenge from 12-16 October 2020.
Run, walk, cycle or swim; the aim of the virtual challenge is to travel the longest distance possible across the world and ISG’s global offices to raise vital funds and awareness.
In Hong Kong, the beneficiary is our longstanding charity partner, The Lighthouse Club Hong Kong Benevolent Fund (Lapdog Challenge 2020).How to Support This Fundraising Campaign
1/ You can create a personalised or team fundraising page by clicking on "Start Fundraising". Follow the prompts to set up your page, and once completed, share your page with friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor you, keep track of your progress and help you reach your goal.

3/ To help track your activities and distance, either download the Strava app (www.strava.com) on your smartphone, connect Strava to your fitness watch or send your miles manually to Mio Lee (email@example.com).
