Proceeds from the Jazz It for Charity Dinner will be used to support the T-Home, a shelter home for elderly transgender who are homeless, unwell and without family support. Located in Ampang, Selangor, the Home also provide temporary refuge to those who wanted to escape from harassment and abject discrimination by their own family members and associates.

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Pertubuhan Pembangunan Kebajikan Dan Persekitaran Positif Malaysia (SEED) is a non-profit, community-led non-governmental organization run by the community for the community.

SEED was established by a group of dedicated social workers with more than 30 years of cumulative experience in managing issues of marginalized communities (such as the homeless, people living with or affected by HIV and Transgender persons). SEED aims to develop the skills and capacities of the key affected populations to improve their quality of life.
