I will be doing: 10 rounds of Calisthenics ( 1 round consists of 10 pull ups, 10 push ups and 10 sit ups) 20 rounds of Kickboxing ( 1 round consists of 3 min kicking and boxing my punching bag, followed by 1 min break) 33 miles Cycling to help raise funds for a cause that is very close to my heart! June 5th, 2021 will be my 63rd birthday and I wanted to use this as a catalyst to raise funds for a cause, so close to my heart. Having suffered from stress induced Atrial Fibrillation, 5 years ago, towards the latter part of my banking career, I learned through this process of my healing even more that we as individuals need to take control of body, mind, and soul's wellbeing. Luckily, I have been in a place in my life that I was able to afford and receive the adequate medical treatment needed, however, this also highlighted to me how many less fortunate individuals, especially children there are who are in need of these medical help but are not able to receive the treatment properly. I have been working with the founders of Child's Dream and supporting them for 5 years now. However, this year, it would be absolutely incredible if I could, in addition to my own donation to be able to raise some funds for them through my 63rd year old Birthday Fitness Challenge!
I am so grateful that my heart has recovered its strength to be able to handle this challenge and I would love for you to support me in supporting and bettering the lives of these children too.
