2020 Rule of Law Swimming Marathon (Hong Kong) are fundraising for Splash Foundation Limited
We are making a difference by raising money for a cause close to our heart. We would like the under-privileged groups and children with disabilities to have opportunities to learn swimming. We shall be the first ever relay team from Hong Kong to cross the English Channel. Please support us by donating to Splash. All donation will go to Splash.
My Story
We have enrolled with the Channel Swimming Association in UK and shall take part in the cross of the English Channel in September 2020 in a relay team with three lawyers from the Hong Kong legal profession, namely Eliza Chang, Allen Che and Eugene Wong. We would like to promote the rule of the law and sportsmanship by taking part in this challenging mission. We shall be the first ever relay team from Hong Kong to cross the English Channel.
Despite the outbreak of the Coronavirus and the many hurdles and difficulties that we have to face, we move forward courageously in faith and confidence and hope that we can make it through to cross the English Channel as planned in September 2020. If in the worst case the September time slot is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we shall fix another date.
Splash and our team share common values and visions. We all strive to create a community where people can build their confidence, improve their health and well-being and flourish, both in and out of the water. We feel that it is extremely meaningful to raise funds to Splash so that they can offer free swimming lessons to the under-privileged groups and children with disabilities in Hong Kong.

三位來自香港的律師鄭麗珊、車偉恒及黃宇正，經英倫海峽協會註冊及安排下將於2020年9月4日飛往英國以三人接力方式挑戰橫渡英倫海峽，全程約45公里。我們希望通過參與這次活動宣揚法治精神和體育精神。若成功的話，我們將成為香港游泳史上第一支戰橫渡英倫海峽的接力隊伍。
儘管我們面對許多障礙和困難，我們仍堅定不移，勇往直前。
Splash和我們的團隊有著共同的價值觀和願景。我們認為為Splash籌集資金非常有意義，以便他們可以為香港的弱勢群體和有特殊需要的兒童提供免費游泳課程。
