My Story
The past twelve months I've batted off skin cancer, prostate cancer and a flesh eating bacterial infection that tried to do my right leg in (yes really - look up necrotising faciitus). I was pretty unfit before those annoying distractions became a great excuse to avoid all physical exercise for much of this year! This charity challenge trek is in part to prove to myself I'm not yet ready for the scrap heap, and more importantly to raise money for a fantastic conservation project that is improving our lives in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is my home and gives me much pleasure to live here. It's good to be able to give something back, and challenge myself while trying to do so.
I have the privilege of knowing you, and if you are able to support Conservation International due to my huffing and puffing in the Himalayas I will be most grateful.
