My Story
I am studying in high school.Still got one year before my graduation.I come from a one-parent family and my mum is the only financial pillar in my family.Thanks to Yvette,the vice-president of the Changing Young Lives Foundation and my patron,who paid all the expenses for the trip to Gansu,I got to appreciate more the importance of lending a hand to others and being grateful about everything and everyone you have encountered. Since the people in Gansu are in a more difficult situation than what I am facing,this liberating trip made me realize how fortunate I am and why it is so important to show our care and compassion to those living in abject poverty.
