I am Ria Rahayu, a social activist domiciled in the city of Gresik, East Java, Indonesia wants to invite everyone to take care of the natural disasters that happened again on August 5, 2018 after a week after the first earthquake on July 29th. The earthquake with magnitude 7 SR based in North Lombok has claimed more lives than before, which is 82 people according to current data. Besides that, the victims of injuries both severe and minor injuries are in desperate need of help from all of us. Even today based on notification from BMKG, aftershocks continue to shake Lombok. All residents in Lombok are required to stay away from homes and take refuge in tents and need help as soon as possible. The following is a list of the urgent needs of the refugees today.
- Clean water / mineral water
- Nutritional intake (milk, vitamins, etc.)
- Kitchen / fast food
- Communal tent
- Household equipment
- School supplies
- Personal hygiene (bath soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, sanitary napkins, baby diapers, detergent)
- Clothes, sarongs, blankets
- Medical / health services
Through this raising, we hope that many people are ready to be kind enough to help set aside funds for them. The funds raised will be distributed for various refugee needs and partly for rebuilding infrastructure such as health centers, schools, places of worship as well as residents' homes that were destroyed in East Lombok, North Lombok and West Sumbawa.
