Simply Giving announce appointment of new Chief Executive Officer

Singapore 19th May 2016

The Simply Giving Board has announced the appointment of Nikki Kinloch as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Miss Kinloch will replace outgoing Chief Executive Mr Kristofer Rogers who stepped down last April by mutual agreement with stakeholders of the company.

Speaking on behalf of the Board, founder and major shareholder, James Greaves welcomed the appointment of Nikki Kinloch as Chief Executive of Simply Giving.

“We realised the need for leadership change given the evolving opportunities in the markets that we currently serve and thank Kristofer Rogers for his contributions to the company.

Ms Kinloch’s appointment is a fantastic opportunity given her impressive and relevant track record. She brings with her over 15 years’ experience from fast-paced technology organisations and a wealth of knowledge in leading and growing performance driven businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Having most recently held a senior leadership role with the world’s most successful online giving platform, Nikki understands the non-profit sector more than anyone and is well placed to continue to help our partners and fundraisers do more with technology.

Ms Kinloch’s familiarity with the Asian market also makes her a great cultural fit for the organisation."

The Board, including representatives from our investors, Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP) are delighted with the appointment and we look forward to providing the platform for growing fundraising and social-financing throughout Asia.”

London born Miss Kinloch, who has a MSc. in International Business Economics, has previously spent the last 14 years working in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Hong Kong. She will be based at Simply Giving’s Head Office in Singapore.
