My father is Chito De Juan Yu. He is 67 years old, very sick and currently at the hospital. He was diagnosed with Upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) secondary to doudenal bulb stricture. There was a lot of laboratory tests done and medicines administered in order for my father to get well. He is a good father and grandpa. He always take good care of us especially his grand kids whenever we need him. At this point in our lives we terribly needed some donations in order for my father to fully recover and will be home soon. As of to date, our hospital bill is amounting to Php391,000.00 pesos.
