ACRES

ACRES is a pioneering Singapore-based charity, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of advocating for an end to animal cruelty in Asia.

ACRES has six focus areas: Tackling Wildlife Crime, Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Addressing Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.

Between 2001 and 2015, we rescued over 9,000 animals, investigated hundreds of animal cruelty / wildlife crime cases and cared for over 150 victims of the illegal wildlife trade in our sanctuary. Our outreach efforts connected with over 300,000 people to create a more compassionate society.

We want to do more. We want to continue in our mission to end animal cruelty, and be there for any animal that needs us. But the more we help, the more it costs.

That’s where you come in.

Your valuable donation will help animals in numerous ways; including directly saving lives. All donations made to ACRES qualify for a 250% tax exemption.

What your money can do

$10 can provide enrichment for animals in the sanctuary

$20 can fund an outreach event on animal cruelty

$50 can fund a whole day of wildlife rescue

$100 can cover medical costs for a rescued animal

$500 can fund an undercover animal crime investigation

Let's join hands to end animal cruelty today.
