Sunway University Muay Thai Club under
Sunway University has been around since 2012 and since day 1, our non-profit club has
never received any financial help to purchase training gears.
Our instructor used about RM4000 from his own pocket back in 2012 to purchase training gears for us but they are all worn out now and unable to be used anymore. We are
trying to help lift up his burden by fundraising as much as we can.
He charges us only RM40 per month, the cheapest by far in the nation and can barely cover his own expenses.
We are looking for donations in any amount possible to help us purchase new training equipment such as kick pads and focus mitts to keep the club running. Small amounts will do. Each pair of 'Thai Pads' cost about RM300. We are looking to purchase 30 pairs, equivalent to
RM9000. We have so far collected
RM3000, our instructor is putting up
RM2500 (thank you very much) and we are hoping to fund-raise
RM3500.
