About Appeal

My name Kimchhen, I am an Angkor tour guide. Since Covid 19 pandemic, the economy in our country is very bad and tourism is empty in Cambodia. We have all lost our jobs and livelihood. 

In order to survive in this tough situation, i am raising funds to help my family and of course also for my friends in the community, who does the Khmer Art.
 
These Khmer Art includes handmade wood, stone carving, clay and pottery. I am fundraising to help to purchase these art from our communities and find them a market to resell. Part of the funds raised will also be to cover my daily allowance and working expenses. I am passionate about keeping Khmer Art alive and appreciated.

I will update you on the items purchased and how it has benefitted our local artists and communities.
