**UPDATE** Starting 9 Jan 2020, half of the donations made to this fundraiser will be donated to the Emergency Fund of NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.

I want to help all survivors, including the animals in Australia. WIRES is Australia's largest wildlife rescue organisation.

My name is
Wooi Keat and I am a fitness coach. Helping others has always been part of my DNA - my career is helping others become physically fit and in the past 3 years, I have raised funds for children and education related causes in Malaysia using SimplyGiving.
This time, I will be raising funds for
Australia Red Cross' Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund and NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.
- survivors of the Australia bushfires.
Reading about the lives and homes lost due to the bushfires in Australia broke my heart. At least 23 people have died, dozens more are missing, at least 1,300 homes have been destroyed and 500 million animals have died... I couldn't stand by and do nothing.
I will be dedicating 3 runs to this cause:
1. UITM Ultra - 104km
2. TITI Ultra 2020 - 250km
3. Borneo Death March Ultra Marathon - 164km
With your help, I hope to raise
MYR200,000 for the Australia Red Cross which will provide Emergency Grants to people whose homes have been lost to the fires to assess and purchase what they need most as well as WIRES which will rescue and care for more individual animals and pursuing additional opportunities to help wildlife more broadly.

If I manage to raise RM200,000, I will take a video of myself wearing a tutu and walking around a large shopping mall.
Please donate your Ang Pows or whatever you can!
Thank you for your support and generousity!
