Ibu Anny, aged 53, is determined that her youngest son receives the university education he deserves. She is a single parent, and has brought up 2 sons. She make ends meet by selling keropok (deep fried crackers) on a small sidestreet stall. She is taking out a loan of IDR10,000,000 (~USD770) to pay for her son’s university semester fee. Ibu Anny's son is studying Economics and Management.
Ibu Anny has borrowed from Surya Kencana in the past to start her small 'keropok' business. And she has paid back all her loans on time. She is often seen on her motorbike filled with packets of 'keropok' on the back!
