I endeavour to complete the Hong Kong Spartan Race, being held on Saturday 4 November, without dying or coughing up a lungs on completion.I shall undertake the challenge of completing 23 military style obstacle course of 3 to 5 miles in length. Challenges include a BARBED WIRE CRAWL, WALL CLIMB, HERCULES HOIST and MONKEY SWINGS.For each obstacle I do not achieve we are required to do 30 Burpees.
