Hello everyone! I am Vincent. I love running and passionate about children's mental well-being. I started fundraising for charity when I was 14 years old. I remember when I was studying at a boarding school in the UK, I ran to raise funds for a charitable organization. I ran laps on the grass, with each lap being one mile. Since I didn't have my family around, I had to ask teachers and adults for sponsorship. They were impressed to see a child willing to help others, so they sponsored me. However, they didn't expect that I could run 26 laps, equivalent to a marathon, and raised thousands of dollars in donations. Since that day, I fell in love with running and doing good deeds to help others. CPF is currently raising funds for programs supporting character education for young children as well as sustainability workshops for teenagers. If you believe that children are our future and nurturing a healthy mental well-being is crucial, please support me and CPF. I will be running 100km, equivalent to more than 2 marathons within a specified time. In 2018 winter when I was still a student in Hong Kong, I had an opportunity to perform at CPF Christmas gathering along other talented musicians. There I met Clifton College Headmaster Dr. Tim Greene and Director of Admissions Mr. James Hills who later generously offered me the prestigious Joseph Cooper full music scholarship. Now I am studying GCSE at Clifton College and attend the Junior Academy of Music in London. I am grateful for how others helped me. I want to use my talents to help others too.
