We are a group of students from Xiamen University Malaysia. We are here now because we are eager to help those homeless orphaned pets to be taken care properly and have a place to settle down themselves. A huge crowd of stray dogs and cats need to be concerned by the public as they can bring harm to both humans and pets such as deaths. The act of reducing the population of stray dogs and cats is essential in order to reduce the spread of dangerous diseases that are mostly caused by their bites and attacks. Homeless & Orphan Pet Exist, also abbreviated as H.O.P.E. They are a non profit organization and aiming to improve the well-being of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Currently, more than 2000 homeless cats and dogs are being sheltered in HOPE. Raising this huge amount of animals will lead to great expenditure. Hence, they need financial aid for the animals’ monthly food and medical expenses as they raise the animals with donations given by the public. Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference. Be one of a donors, even just a little amount, it would still be a huge help to the homeless animals. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. Furry Farm, Malaysia is a sanctuary for all animals to stay. They have different kinds of animals such as cats, dogs, rabbits and even goats. Furry Farm ensures that all their animals are loved and well taken care of. However, they do need more funds as kibbles for the doggos are quite expensive. All donations will be given to them to ensure the furries have enough food to eat, coverage of medical bills and even supplies needed to maintain the farm and other items needed as well for them. Each donation will give our furries more food to eat and extra happiness.

We are students from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College Penang, Diploma in Accounting Group 7. We are organizing an online fundraising project between the 5th and 10th week. The organization chosen is Homeless and Orphan Pests Exist (HOPE) which is located at Pekan Nanas, Johor. All the funds that we raised will be donated to HOPE Johor. The purpose of this online fundraising is to assist HOPE financially, improve the strays' welfare and promote the importance of pet protection to the public.

We started to rescue stray dogs and cats back in 2016. in 2018 we rent a land for the strays as their number is increasing. So far we have 54 dogs in the land and but we need fund for their daily foods and expenses. So far we are the only shelter in Labuan F.T, Malaysia. We are only a group of 3 people who manage the shelter with our own fund.

Today is my first time rescuing dogs. However , it's easier said than done. My sister has been feeding the mommy dog since she started working there. Recently , in order to reduce the population of the stray in Malaysia, it is unavoidable for every one of us to contribute a little bit of effort to trap and neuter and release them back into the place. After A few hours of attemption , we were able to capture the mommy dog. To look for her puppies, we were lead by a security guard where he said there were suppose to be 5 puppies.However, when we went into the hideout , there were only 3 puppies in there.Judging from the condition of the environment which is cold , dark and steep , it is highly possible that the 2 of the puppies could have fell into the drain since they are trying to walk now.Before this,there was also dog catcher came to capture the dogs . Since there are lots of foreign workers in the area , the foreign workers would occasionally threaten their safety through chasing them around with wooden sticks or throw them with stones. With the babies' safety in concern , I have no choice but to send them to a pet shop to take care of them for 2 months and send the mommy dog for neuter 2 months later in little paws Rawang.I am still a student , but I am willing to contribute a little bit of effort to provide them a better living. But then , a total of Rm760 is a huge burden to me.It is highly appreciated if anyone would contribute a little bit of contribution to me , as every small effort counts.
