I am a ceramic artist born and raised in Hong Kong. The other day, I was reading the Bible, it inspire me not to chase after the worldly things, but to discern the will of God. I felt so blessed with what I have and I am willing to give and share what I receive from God. Then I decided to donate the profit of my coming up exhibition and holding a workshop to raise fund for this campaign.

We may not be able to help anyone who are so broken, trapped in sex industry or trafficking. No way out, seems. But i trust God is greater and bigger than what we sees. On Dec 16, i will do a 10K run to raise fund for STOP (Stop Trafficking of People)**. I would like to invite you to run with me by donating! No need a big amount but i just want you to know more about the situation!! **It is a partner organization working with Companion ministry i am working in.Their work is to raise awareness about trafficking, connect with key counter-trafficking groups, provide victims with support, allow their voices to be heard, and to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the fight against modern-day slavery.

It has come to our attention that Hong Kong, like many other places around the world, has a serious problem with the trafficking and exploitation of people. However, unlike many other places around the world, Hong Kong does not currently have a comprehensive anti-trafficking law to combat this. This needs to change.So this year, we are teaming up with local non-government organization STOP (Stop Trafficking of People), one of the few organizations to solely focus on the issue of human trafficking here in Hong Kong. STOP actively reaches out to identify potential victims of human trafficking, seeks justice on their behalf, and practically helps them achieve restoration in life by partnering with service providers such as leading human rights law firms, counselors and temporary housing providers. For more information, visit their website at http://www.stophk.org/.This year, on December 16th, 2018, Maggie and Chloe will join STOP in the Win Win Run in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong, by each running 10k.Our objectives are to:1) Raise public awareness that human trafficking is a crime that happens right here in Hong Kong, and that Hong Kong needs to respond to the legal needs of this issue. 2) Raise funds to help to work of STOP to restore survivors of trafficking to a place of dignity, justice and hope.---Please help us to help STOP achieve their financial target to support their incredible work here in Hong Kong, remember, every dollar counts!---

Hi friendsThis year, I am so grateful to be part of a meaningful 10K RUN with a local organization called Stop Trafficking of People (STOP). They are actively reaching out, identifying potential victims of trafficking and walking along side them to restore them to life.This year, on December 16th, STOP is joining the Win Win Run in Ma On Shan with two objectives, we want to:1) Raise public awareness on the fact that this is a crime that happens right here in Hong Kong and that Hong Kong needs to respond by implementing a comprehensive anti-trafficking law, and2) Raise funds that help STOP to restore survivors of trafficking to a place of dignity, justice and hope.Today, we can be a part of their lives restoration, our support will truly make a difference to those who are longing for a life with freedom and hope! I've had a great life, coming from a great family in Aus and I'm passionate about seeing the lives of others improved, particularly those who are vulnerable and stuck in seemingly unbreakable cycles.
