Please help us raise money for those less fortunate in Hong Kong. We will try to get as many reps as possible this Saturday - we promise! IMPACTHK STARTED WITH THE AIM OF DOING ONE KIND ACT PER MONTH FOR THE HOMELESS IN HONG KONG. MANY VOLUNTEERS JOINED AS THEY WANTED AN OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPORT THE LESS FORTUNATE IN A MEANINGFUL AND MEASURABLE WAY. AS OUR MOVEMENT GREW, SO DID AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO MAKE BIGGER IMPACT. Impact HK has recently set up a new centre: The Guestroom, is up and operating! This innovative centre is going to be such a love filled space to not only provide full support for nearly 400 homeless individuals, it’ll also be a place of employment for those wanting a second chance. #kindnessmatters

We are a bunch of everyday athletes who love lifting heavy things at 6:15 am. But apart from using our muscles for this funny thing called Crossfit, functional fitness to us is also putting our strongest muscle - the heart - to use!
