Tracy is excited to work with the participants at several fitness centres, international schools as well as local communities in Hong Kong after years and enjoys watching the them train, perform and grow strong. She is a fully qualified fitness instructor and was born in Fukuoka, Japan where she gained her over 15 years of kick boxing experiences. She had trained with Rhythmical Gymnastics in Japan and after moving to Hong Kong, she had trained in Brazilian Samba as well as Hip Hop. She holds recognised Aerobics and Group Fitness (Licensed Group-X Instructors course at AASFPin 2010), Zumba® Fitness (B1,B2), Zumba® Kids (Kids Jr.), Zumba® Gold and Strong by Zumba™ teaching qualifications as well Fatburn Extreme. Tracy has been teaching Zumba® Fitness for over 5 years as well as teaching Strong by Zumba™ recently, mainly in fitness centres and international schools. She is experienced in teaching all age groups, even as young as kindergarten kids. Apart from English and her mother tongue Japanese, Tracy can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese. She not only fully understands the needs of students, but also has the ability to engage with them quickly. She is now working on how these dance forms can heal, nourish and empower. If you join her class, you can enjoy aerobic workout that mixes in dance moves, with a lot of fun there and it helps to boost up your energy level.

I have never tried Zumba before, but life is about exploring and having fun! 4 hours of Zumba is just what I need to get familiar with it.

Exercising and healthy food are my passion. Having done Zumba since 2009, as I love the energy and good feeling it gives, I did the Zumba instructor training and completed it in 2016. This is my third time to take part in Zumbathon. It is an amazing event. Hope to see you there too. Join the fun! Sharing Zumba❤️ and happiness as a Zin Zumba instuctor since 2016.

I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and honoured to be invited to present at the Angels Zumbathon 2017. Music and sports are an integral part of my life. As a Fitness Educator, I teach group exercise programs, from Dance, Piloxing to Sports specific conditioning for all age group. I live in Sai Kung where I help with fitness conditioning the SKStingrays U11.
