PINTAR Foundation is a non-profit organization that strives to make a difference. The vision is to inspire young minds and encourage them to become responsible citizens. Through nurturing guidance and promoting intelligence, the goal is to empower children to become powerful adults. By supporting value-driven initiatives, the hope is to partner NGOs and the government to establish success and motivation within students at underperforming schools.

It started out as a Corporate Responsibility initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad under the auspices of the Putrajaya Committee on GLC High Performance (PCG). Today, the PINTAR Programme is spearheaded by PINTAR Foundation, which was established in 2008. PINTAR Foundation’s vision is to inspire the young generation to become responsible citizens by Promoting Intelligence, Nurturing Talent and Advocating Responsibility and its Mission is as an organisation working in partnership with corporations, partner NGOs and the government to enhance the motivation and success of underserved Malaysian students through education, in line with the national aspiration to develop human capital who are adequately prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
