My Story

A very close uncle of mine was diagnosed with cancer at a late stage. Before he passed away, I witnessed the pain and suffering he went through, and the impact it had on his loved ones. This is a dreadful disease and I am committed to doing my part to support the cancer patients and their families.

Given its pervasiveness, the Singtel Group has been supporting the cancer cause and the Singapore Cancer Society’s Help the Children and Youth Programme in Singapore since 2009. Singtel is also the title sponsor for the annual Race Against Cancer awareness and fundraising campaign that the society has been organising for the past six years.
