EMCC (Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre) is a not-for-profit organisation which provides integrative services in mediation and counselling. It is a full member of National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and an approved institution of Public Character (IPC).

Since its establishment in 1997, EMCC has always endeavoured to be true to its vision - bring hope to broken relationships through its counselling and mediation services. EMCC is also actively developing upstream initiatives towards prevention and early detection of psycho-emotional and relational problems. These include training, public seminars, school talks, in-company training, community outreach programmes, resource development, among others. These are aimed at empowering individuals through imparting and equipping of knowledge and self-help skills to effectively manage their interpersonal relationships.

EMCC serves a wide section of Singapore's population, from students, individuals, couples, families,grassroots organisations to employees of corporations. These are served through our Mediation, Counselling, Marriage Journey and Training & Education services.

We help individuals and families who are going through stressful moments in marriage, divorce, parenting, domestic violence and other life transitions. Our mediators help divorcing families or family members in disputes resolve their issues.

EMCC provides counselling in schools and conducts programmes sponsored by the Ministry of Social and Family Development such as School Family Education and the Enhanced STEP-UP Programmes which serves at-risk students. We train students in collaboration with Community Mediation Centre (CMC) in peer mediation skills so they can resolve interpersonal conflicts within the context of the school. 

We run family mediation workshops for employees of organisations who are in daily contact with clients facing conflicts. We also run workshops on conflict management for organisations. We have been appointed as resident trainers in mediation skills by the Social Service Training Institute (SSTI).

For fathers with children, we run Father-Teen Conflict Resolution workshops under the auspices of Fathers@Schools and Dads@Communities to teach them how to become aware of conflict triggers and to transform conflicts into opportunities for better understanding and bonding. Our workshops help fathers in their fathering roles as peacemakers.

EMCC offers subsidised rates to our clients who are less financially able to ensure that they can access our services.

We endeavour to help everyone make the transition from a life of hopelessness, desolation and powerlessness to one of hope, restoration and possibilities.
