Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA) is a tax-exempt voluntary organisation founded in 1986. BCWA's mission rests on the philosophy that a breast cancer survivor can use her experience to help another woman facing the challenges of breast cancer. BCWA is a member of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and Reach to Recovery International (RRI).

These are our key objectives:

• Provide psychosocial and material support to individuals with breast cancer;
• Strengthen the capacity of individuals with breast cancer to self-management during and after treatment; and
• Promote public education on general health and breast health issues including early detection of breast cancer.
