The biggest HKDR annual fundraising event is Peak To Fong, which takes place on the last Sunday of November each year. This huge event is the lifeblood of HKDR, where 100% of funds raised go towards:

• Funding Hong Kong Dog Rescue’s operating costs including much needed health care, purchase of dog food, dog beds & kennel supplies. 

• Funds are also being raised to build a new permanent Homing Centre once a suitable site has been located 

Peak to Fong is the biggest event in HKDR fundraising calendar every year, where people of all ages, whether they are dog owners or not spending a great day together in a sponsored walk with their dogs starting from The Peak and down to Lan Kwai Fong!

Sunday 25th November 2012 marks the 9th annual Peak to Fong, Hong Kong Dog Rescue's big fundraising event of the year and one that has become a must for all self -respecting dog owners and dog lovers alike. What started all those years ago as a small gathering for those in the know, Peak to Fong has grown into the biggest dog-buzz around town, with each event surpassing the last, and vintage P2F T-shirts becoming collectable and coveted items. None, however, will cause as big a stir as this year's, and whispers of an early sell-out have already started. 

We promise that Peak to Fong 2012 will be a day to remember for all the family, and dogs included of course! This year our target is $1 million, money which will go towards upgrading facilities at our Tai Po Homing Centre and, of course, saving more lives. We anticipate that the maximum 3000 tickets (in the shape of T-shirts) will be sold out well before the 25th November, and there will be no spares for latecomers!

The event itself kicks off at 11.30am with the easy downhill Sponsored Walk from the Peak to Central's Lan Kwai Fong where food, drinks and a variety of booths and activities have been laid on to entertain both two and four legged guests. All participants will be wearing their special Lady and the Tramp T-shirt, and will also receive a doggie bag of goodies, plus there will be plenty of shopping opportunities and entertainment.

Raffle tickets will be available for the Big Draw and this year's prizes are going to blow your socks off!
